6.4/10

My stay at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel was overall quite pleasant. The location next to the convention center made it convenient for my conference, and I appreciated the helpful staff, especially Jinyoung, who kept me informed about my room status. However, the $30 daily destination fee felt a bit excessive considering what was included, and some areas of the hotel could benefit from updates.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and spacious, featuring comfortable beds and modern décor, although some hallways showed signs of needing an update.
Service
9.0
The staff provided really good customer service, always friendly and attentive. Jinyoung's ongoing support throughout my stay was particularly noteworthy.
Location
10.0
The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the convention center and the monorail, making it easy to explore the Strip.
Dining
7.0
While the breakfast in the lounge was good, I found dining options at ENVY Steakhouse to be lacking in quality during my visit.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers nice leisure facilities, including a small pool and gym, but I found the pool area to be on the smaller side.

6.0/10

My stay at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel was a mix of positives and a few negatives. The convenient location next to the convention center was a huge plus for my trip, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, I did experience some issues with the check-out process and amenities that needed a bit more follow-through from the team.

Rooms
8.0
I found the rooms to be spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The beds were quite cozy, though I did notice that some areas of the hallways seemed unkempt during my time there.
Service
6.0
The staff at the Renaissance were generally friendly and willing to help, but I experienced delays in receiving some requested items, and it took multiple reminders to get my check-out details sorted. Some team members could benefit from additional training on follow-through.
Location
9.0
Being right next to the convention center was super convenient. I appreciated not being on the busy Strip, which allowed for a quieter atmosphere. It was easy to access public transport with the monorail close by for trips into the city.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the breakfast at ENVY Steakhouse, but the concept of the meal credit was a bit limiting. It felt like I was still paying quite a bit despite the credit for my family, and the service was a little slow during peak times.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered several useful amenities like room service and dry cleaning, but I found the destination fee a bit excessive considering the services provided. Overall, the facility had a good range, but I expected a bit more value.

6.8/10

My stay at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel had its ups and downs. While I loved the unique robot delivery service and found the staff, especially Regina and Emma, incredibly warm and helpful, I did face some challenges with noise from construction nearby that impacted my sleep. Overall, the hotel's clean, spacious accommodations and enjoyable dining options made for a decent experience, though some aspects, like room service efficiency, could use improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view that made the stay pleasant despite some construction noise. The bathroom amenities were also impressive.
Service
7.0
Regina and Emma in the Concierge Lounge were amazing, providing a level of service that felt personal and attentive. However, the overall responsiveness of room service could have been better.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location next to the monorail made it easy to access the Strip without the noise and chaos of a casino right on-site, which I found very appealing.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed the breakfast offerings, especially the delicious pastries, though I faced issues with room service where utensils weren’t provided. Dining options in the hotel were generally high quality.
Facilities
6.0
While the facilities were good, as I enjoyed the modern lobby and handy amenities, my experience with room service was disappointing, as I had to call multiple times to get a menu.

5.2/10

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel for a business trip, and while I appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of my room, I did encounter some service issues during my visit. The hotel's proximity to the convention center was certainly a plus, making it convenient for my meetings. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, especially regarding service timeliness.

Rooms
7.0
My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to rest after long days. The amenities were decent, but I noticed some areas that were showing signs of age and could use updating.
Service
5.0
I had mixed experiences with the service. Some staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, but there were instances of rudeness and inattentiveness, especially during breakfast, which significantly impacted my overall impression.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location right next to the Las Vegas Convention Center made it incredibly convenient for my business needs. It was an easy walk even in the heat, and I appreciated being a short distance from the Strip without being in the thick of it.
Dining
6.0
Dining at the hotel was a bit hit or miss. ENVY Steakhouse provided a good meal, but I experienced long waits and inattentive service in the lobby lounge, which was disappointing given the potential.
Facilities
7.0
The pool area was nice and offered a welcome respite, though it felt smaller than expected. I also enjoyed the available laundry facilities, which were convenient for my long stay.

5.8/10

I had a decent stay at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel. The check-in staff was warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression. However, I was disappointed by some of the room amenities and the lack of certain facilities. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs improvement in specific areas.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious and clean, but the bed was too firm for my liking. I also had issues with slow-draining sinks and showers. However, the Aveda toiletries were a nice touch.
Service
9.0
The staff was really good, especially at check-in and during dining at ENVY restaurant. They were attentive and responsive to my needs throughout the stay.
Location
8.0
Being close to the Las Vegas Convention Center was a plus for my visit. It felt good to be away from the Strip's hustle and bustle but still have easy access to it.
Dining
9.0
I had dinner at ENVY, and the service from Stephanie was excellent. The food quality was impressive, especially the lobster dishes. The breakfast in the executive lounge was also enjoyable.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel had some good facilities, but I found the absence of hot water in the room and the malfunctioning ice machine quite inconvenient.
